Legendary Diva of song, Etta James died at 73 on yesterday. The sultry singer is best known for such hits like "The Wallflower," "Something's Got a Hold on Me" and timless "At Last."
She was diagnosed with leukemia in 2010, and also suffered from dementia and hepatitis C. James died at a hospital in Riverside, California. She would have turned 74 Wednesday.
Drag Queens everywhere will be wearing their boas at half mast in honor of this truly gifted performer.
Heaven has truly accepted another gifted songstress. We will continue to celebrate her through her songs and music. At Last you can rest in peace Diva....smile
