Oprah is pulling out all the stops since she decided to have a permanent presence at her OWN network. Her latest coup is to interview the A list rapper turned actor and everyones favorite sex symbol, LL Cool J.
In her most recent installment of "Oprah's Next Chapter," LL Cool J opens up to Oprah about being abused as a child.
It is amazing how so many people who live and survive childhood traumas seem to grow up and accomplish amazing things. LL Cool J seems to among these extraordinary people.
LL Cool J shares in his 1998 authobiography "I Make My Own Rules," that a friend of his mother named Roscoe subjected him to physical and pychological abuse when he was a child.
I know Mr. Roscoe is gagging if he is still alive that the little boy he tormented would grow up to conquer both Hip Hop and Hollywood as a big star. And I bet he won't be trying any of those tactics now with Mr. Big Guns Cool J.
