If I have not shared with you that I have started the Insanity workout which all I can tell you it is appropriately named.
The hot red bone sexy brother Shaun T is great at keeping you motivated especially when he takes his shirt off...lol
But sometimes we need to find inspiration for ourselves so that is where this fine brother comes into play. We all have a picture in our mind that what we could look like if we had a magic wand or just stuck to eating right and a regular workout routine...smile.
